What is one word that describes you?
If I had to describe myself in one word…
It would be:
Evolving.
Because I am not the same person I was yesterday.
Not last week.
Not last month.
Not last year.
Sometimes when I look at my old photos…
I feel like—
I don’t even know that person.
A lot has changed.
But more than changed…
I have evolved.
My energy feels different.
My thinking feels different.
But somewhere deep inside…
The core of who I am—
That is still the same.
I am just becoming more aligned with it.
I am aware of what is happening within me.
I am grounded in these changes.
And more than anything…
I am observing myself.
I think I have become a deep observer of my own life.
Whatever happens…
I step outside and watch myself.
How I reacted.
How I spoke.
What I felt.
And I reflect—
Was that how I wanted to respond?
What changed?
What can be different next time?
This has become a process for me.
I am exploring.
I am understanding.
I am becoming something new.
And I know—
It is a better version of me.
Even when I make decisions that later feel confusing…
I don’t regret them.
Because at that moment—
It felt right.
And that is enough.
If something doesn’t feel right—
I don’t do it.
That awareness is there.
And sometimes, later…
I may think—
I could have handled that differently.
But that doesn’t mean I was wrong.
It just means—
I have grown.
Like emotional outbursts.
There were times I couldn’t control them.
I cried.
I reacted.
And then…
In a similar situation later—
I handled it better.
That is progress.
Not perfection.
One of the biggest shifts for me…
Was moving from guilt to awareness.
Even in small things—
like food.
There was a time I would eat something
and immediately feel guilty.
But I realised—
That guilt was doing more harm
than the food itself.
So I learned to let go of that.
From there…
I decided something important.
I want to live guilt-free.
In small choices.
In big decisions.
Not irresponsibly.
But consciously.
Because I trust myself.
I trust that I won’t choose anything
that harms me or my people.
And that trust…
took years to build.
Through:
trials errors struggles uncomfortable experiences
But today…
I can say this clearly—
I am evolving.
And I am grateful for it.
And yes…
I talk about myself.
Because this question is about me.
And I don’t feel bad about that anymore.
Because I know this is not boasting.
It is simply—
understanding myself.
And honestly?
I love who I am becoming. 💛
