The Quiet Moment After Publishing My Fourth Book

By

Today, my fourth book went live.

And something about this one feels different.

This is my first non-fiction, first self-help book, and it carries something very personal — the philosophy that truly changed my life.

The book is about the beautiful integration of Ayurveda, Yoga, and the Bhagavad Gita — three ancient wisdom traditions that have deeply shaped the way I live, think, and navigate life.

These are not just concepts I studied.

These are practices that held me through storms.

They helped me grow.

They helped me evolve.

Sometimes they helped me simply survive difficult phases of life.

Over time, they became my way of living — my inner compass.

And somewhere along that journey, I realised something important:

This is how I found my Ikigai.

My life purpose.

My inner fire.

My reason for doing what I do.

So this book is not just theory.

It is my interpretation, my lived experience, and my belief in how Ayurveda, Yoga, and the Bhagavad Gita together can help a person reconnect with themselves and transform their life.

The Moment After Clicking “Publish”

When I clicked the publish button today and received the email saying the book is live, I paused for a moment.

Every time I publish a book, I imagine I might cry happy tears.

Maybe goosebumps.

Maybe overwhelming emotions.

But strangely, it never happens that way.

Instead, I feel something very calm.

Almost like a quiet moment inside.

Not exactly emptiness… but a gentle feeling of:

“Okay… it’s done.”

The work has been released into the world.

The Email That Always Makes Me Smile

There is one small thing that always makes me happy.

That email from Amazon saying:

“Your book is live.”

This is my fourth book now, and still, every time I receive that email, it feels special.

Some people feel joy when they receive a message saying their salary has been credited.

For me, that email feels even more meaningful.

Because this is not just work.

This is my writing.

And writing has always been something deeper for me.

Writing Is My Therapy

Writing reminds me that the inner child inside me is still alive.

The little girl who once dreamed of becoming an author.

Every time I publish a book, it feels like that child is smiling somewhere inside me and saying:

“You did it.”

That feeling is something no external reward can replace.

Writing makes me feel alive.

A Legacy Kind of Work

This book feels like a legacy book for me.

Something meaningful.

Something I truly believe in.

I don’t know how far it will travel.

I don’t know how many people will read it.

But I do know one thing.

If this book reaches the right person at the right time, and even one person feels:

“This helped me.”

“This changed the way I see my life.”

“Now I understand how I can transform myself.”

Then honestly…

My work is done.

A Moment of Gratitude

Right now, I simply feel grateful.

Because I know I didn’t do this alone.

Without the universe guiding me, without the experiences that shaped me, without the wisdom traditions that held me — this book would not exist.

So today, I just want to pause and save this moment.

A quiet moment.

A grateful moment.

A moment where a small dream of a little girl who loved writing continues to live on.

And that, for me, means everything.
