Do you know what is the best thing I do these days?
Not resting.
Not managing the day.
Not going outside.
No exercising.
Not writing.
Not even taking care of my baby perfectly the way I wish I could.
But I do something else very beautifully these days.
I understand myself.
Because whenever something feels off inside me, I am able to see it clearly. I notice it easily. I observe it. And then I analyze it, almost naturally, until I understand what it is.
I am not saying this to boast about myself. But I do feel good about this. Truly.
There were many moments in my life when I used to wonder — why does nobody understand me? Why does nobody really see me? Why can’t anyone understand what I feel?
Those questions lived in my mind for a long time.
But now something has changed.
Now I understand myself. And somehow, that feels enough.
I understand myself like plain water — clear, simple, transparent. When something inside me feels disturbed, I can see it. I look at it quietly. I reflect on it. And slowly, the answer comes.
Sometimes I ask myself questions like:
Am I aligned with myself?
Am I being a good friend to myself?
Am I living in my self-love era?
I don’t know what label to give it.
But one thing I know for sure — I know myself now.
And I feel that this is something every human being deserves. Everyone should at least understand themselves. Life would become so much lighter if we could do that.
I have heard people say in videos and reels that simply existing itself is a success. Not professional success. Not personal achievements. Just existing peacefully, quietly, being alive — that itself is a kind of success.
And I feel something similar.
For me, understanding myself feels like a personal growth milestone.
There was a time when I never understood what I truly wanted. I never had clarity about myself. I was just moving with the flow of life, responding to whatever came my way.
But now I understand myself.
And that makes me feel grateful. Truly grateful.
I am not saying my life has become easy. Life is still life. It still has its challenges and complexities.
But I have realized something important.
Life may not always be easy.
But life can become easier.
And sometimes, that easing begins with something very simple:
Understanding yourself.
