What job would you do for free?
If you ask me what job I would do for free…
Honestly—
👉 None.
Not because I don’t care.
Not because I am money-minded.
But because—
👉 I respect my time.
👉 I respect my energy.
👉 I respect the work I do.
For me, a job is not just an activity.
It is something I have:
learned invested time in built with effort
And that deserves value.
🌊 Job vs Service
But there is a difference.
👉 A job is not the same as service.
A job is structured.
A job is consistent.
A job carries responsibility.
And that should not be free.
Because when something is always given for free…
It is often taken for granted.
🌱 Where I Stand
I am a doctor.
Can I offer free consultations?
👉 Yes.
But not as a job.
That is a service.
That comes from intention, not expectation.
And service is something I can give—
when I feel like giving.
Not something that defines my work.
💛 My Truth
So for me—
👉 Work deserves value.
👉 Service comes from choice.
And I believe—
No one should feel guilty for not working for free.
Because respecting your work…
is also respecting yourself.
