Nazar… or Unspoken Emotions?

By

We often hear this word—nazar.
Evil eye.

Some people say certain people have it.
Some people say it just happens.

And for a long time… I also believed it in a very simple way.

But over time, I started observing something deeper.

I felt like… it’s not about some “power” people are born with.
It’s more about what they carry inside.

I have noticed two things.

First—
When a person is not satisfied with their own life,
when they feel like “I am not lucky enough”,
they carry a silent negativity within them.

And when something good happens to someone else…
they are not able to fully feel happy for it.

Not always intentionally.
But it’s there.

Second—
If someone already has some negative emotion towards you,
then your happiness becomes difficult for them to digest.

Again… not always openly.
But internally.

And I really believe this—
people carry and emit energy.

So when someone is filled with dissatisfaction, comparison, or hidden negativity,
that energy reflects.

Maybe that is what we call nazar.

Not some mystical thing alone…
but an emotional state.

I have even felt this with people close to me.
People I never expected.

Sometimes you share something good—
a happy moment, a small achievement, even something simple—
and later something feels off.

Earlier, I used to think,
“Maybe this is just how some people are… maybe it’s their nature, their star, something like that.”

But now I feel differently.

People who genuinely feel happy for you…
will never carry that heaviness towards you.

So maybe the question is not:
“Who has nazar?”

Maybe the question is:

👉 What are we carrying inside ourselves?

If you ever felt like this, just pause and ask:

Are you truly happy with your life?
Do you have any hidden negativity towards someone?

Because these answers matter.

Not for others…
but for your own peace.

Because honestly…
being in a positive energy space feels lighter, calmer, better.

And maybe that’s what we should choose.
