What book could you read over and over again?
The One Book I Can Read Again and Again
If you ask me which book I would read again and again…
For me, it is—
The Immortals of Meluha
And the reason is simple.
It feels familiar…
yet completely new.
🌊 A Different Way of Seeing Mahadeva
This book is about Neelkanda—Mahadeva.
But not in the way we have always heard from:
our grandparents stories passed down traditional beliefs
It presents a different perspective.
A version that doesn’t break our faith…
but expands it.
And that is what I love the most.
👉 It feels new…
👉 but still connected
🌱 The Power of Introduction
What really stays with me is—
👉 how Mahadeva is introduced
That entire beginning…
the way Neelkanda comes into the story—
It feels so real.
So relatable.
Almost like you are watching it happen.
🌿 Why This One, Not the Others?
I know it is a trilogy.
The Secret of the Nagas
The Oath of the Vayuputras
I have read them.
But for me—
they feel more intense.
More emotional.
More heavy.
Whereas—
👉 The Immortals of Meluha feels like an opening door.
A softer entry into that universe.
Like stepping into a parallel world…
without being overwhelmed.
💛 My Reading Habit
I am not someone who rereads books often.
But this one…
Whenever I see it—
in my bookshelf in a library in a bookstore
I pause.
I pick it up.
And I read it again.
Even if it’s just a few pages.
Because it always gives me that same feeling—
👉 of wonder
👉 of connection
👉 of entering another world
